Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when your order has shipped.

  • If we experience high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories at this time (optional — tell me if you want to allow this).

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Damaged or stolen packages after delivery
